Gabe is a neat little fellow who came to me in October, 2012. He belongs to Days End Farm, a horse rescue in Woodbine, Maryland. To be honest, Mr. Gabe has a somewhat illustrious (if it can be called that) history, which, though irrelevant to my purpose here, makes his story all the more interesting. I will not waste time relaying the details of his initial transgressions in this post; instead, I have compiled the following videos and photographs to chronicle our progress.

Wow Jen! Brings tears to my eyes. Knowing Gabe's history, this is nothing short of a miracle. You've done an incredible job with him. The thing I really love is that he looks like he's enjoying every minute of his time with you. Thanks to your very impressive work, he went from a future of being someone's lawn ornament at best, to being a versatile prospect for just about any discipline. Someone is going to end up adopting a really incredible horse in Gabe. If only they could know and appreciate what this guy rose up from. Good job my fellow horse-woman! Thank you for sharing.
